Yes, we offer a complimentary cooked and continental breakfast hamper for all of our guests.
No, our cosy traditional huts do not have individual fridges but we do provide a cool box and ice packs for each hut as well as access to a fridge in the nearby summer house.
There are no wardrobes in the huts due to their authentic traditional build but there is plenty of storage space under the sofa/bed.
Gazebos are permitted by prior arrangement and must be situated within the curtilage of the hut on hire. Additional sleeping tent accommodation is only permitted with the hire of all 3 huts and with prior arrangement.
As Rustic Stays is privileged to be in a Dark Skies zone, we keep our outdoor lighting to a minimum. Each shepherd's hut does however include a rechargeable torch.
Due to the traditional design of our shepherds huts, access to all 3 huts and the shower/toilet block is via a small set of steps and therefore guests would benefit from having good mobility.
No, we do not have WIFI available for our guests but there is good 4G signal on the site.
Sadly we are not able to accommodate such groups due to the rural location of the huts. Our huts are more suited to couples wishing to get back to basics and explore the countryside or family groups wishing to spend quality time together away from the hectic pace of modern life.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at Rustic Stays due to our on site chickens and family farm doggy, Scrummy.
Unfortunately, there is very limited public transport in the area so please factor this into your stay. There is however parking for your car on site and numerous walking and cycling routes around the surrounding landscape.
